Our Programs

Intensive Care Management (ICM)

Peace of Hope Foundation Inc. focuses on Intensive Case Management Services for all populations but specializes in Case Management and Support Services for individuals living with mental illness.

Our goal is to provide individualized services to ensure that participants are working toward self-sufficiency, while ensuring that they identify and achieve their person-centered goals.

Voices of HOPE

Voices of HOPE is Peace of Hope’s Mental Health Awareness & Training Program.

The objective is to normalize Mental Health through educating the community, starting the conversations, and end the stigma of Mental Health.

Life Skills and Peer Support Groups

Peace of HOPE Foundation Inc. offers several of Life Skills Classes & Peer Support Groups. All groups provide confidential, comfortable environments for people to share their problems, stories, learn new skills, have meaningful discussions, and better manage their issues.

Mobile Food Pantry

Peace of HOPE Foundation provides fresh food items (fruits, vegetables, proteins, low sugar carbs, and health snacks) to homebound or high-risk households because of COVID 19.  We provide a non-contact delivery to the participant’s home.
