Peace of Hope Foundation Inc. focuses on Intensive Case Management Services for all, but specializes in Case Management and Support Services for the following populations: HIV/ AIDS Patients, Re-entry for Felons, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Homeless, Offenders and Veterans.
